Push no. 6 – pushing your body to its limits

Do you know what your body’s limits are? Do you ever push it to the limits? Do you ever come to point when you feel like a discharged battery?

If you have not – do it. Do something, be creative, walk, exhaust your body completely. How will you ever know what your body’s limits are if you quit at first sign of fatigue, sleepiness or pain?

Bodies are trying to preserve their existence by constantly sending us signals that we are using more energy than they approve. Are you gonna be a slave of those impulses or you gonna master them?
